You pick a handle. That's what everyone sees. Your real name is never shown publicly, even to friends. We don't ask for it at sign-up.

GPS is used only, locally on your phone, to validate that you're actually near a range when you log a session. The check happens on-device — no GPS coordinates are sent or stored on our servers. On your post, the range name appears, not your position. You can also mark a session as "private / unlisted" and the place disappears entirely.

The inventory is opt-in, off by default. You can log every session without ever declaring a single firearm. If you turn inventory on, it stays 100% private — invisible to friends, never aggregated, never exported.

Photos aren't required to post a session. If you add one, the app detects EXIF metadata (location, date, camera model) and offers to strip it before upload. Default: EXIF stripped.

Each session has 4 levels: public, friends, close friends, private (just you). You set a default, and you can override per post. Sign-up default is "friends".

We don't sell anything to anyone. The mobile app contains no marketing SDK — no behavioral targeted ads. The website (only) uses Google Analytics to understand its audience (page views, traffic sources): the cookie banner lets you decline, and tracking doesn't start until you explicitly consent. If we ever surface ranges or partners, it'll be transparent and contextual. Hosted on Supabase Frankfurt, GDPR-compliant.

Full JSON export in one tap from settings. Permanent account deletion in another tap — all data wiped within 30 days, backups included.

No data shared proactively. If French authorities send a formal motivated warrant, we cooperate strictly within legal bounds — and we notify the affected user, unless explicitly prohibited.

The built-in vault stores your important documents — shooting license, insurance certificate, blood-type card, prefectural authorizations — entirely on your device. Encrypted, unlocked by biometrics (Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint). No data ever leaves your phone: no cloud, no backup on our servers, no server-side preview. If you lose your phone, you lose the vault — by design. No one, not even us, can access it.
